What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, display name and password
- Every cycle log — flow, mood, energy, symptoms, notes and moon-phase records
- Medications and medication reminder history
- Achievements, badges, streaks and level progress
- Your couple code and partner link
- All shared notes between you and your partner, on both sides
- Support log entries connected to your account
Your partner link and all shared notes are removed immediately when you
submit this form. Your partner keeps their own account but loses all access to your
cycle data straight away.
When it happens
Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out everywhere.
All data listed above is then permanently erased 30 days later.
The 30-day window exists so an accidental deletion can be undone — nothing more.
During those 30 days you can cancel using the form at the bottom of this page.
After 30 days the data is gone and cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Anonymous records of the deletion itself (a one-way hash of your email and the
date) are kept so that we can demonstrate the deletion happened and so a deleted
address cannot be used to repeatedly re-register. They contain no health
information and cannot be reversed back into your email address.
